That makes ABC no different than CNN, which covered up Saddam's crimes in exchange for access, or Reuters, which funnels cash to terrorists in exchange for video and photos.

Most reporters are scum.

#2 If journalists had a such commitement for truth they would have hanged Dan Rather from the nearest tree. Instead we see time and again tries to whitewash him and tell he was unjustly calumniated by eeeeeeeeeevil bloggers.

I don't know why the major networks don't just dump news and fill the time with game shows or sitcoms. It's not like they'd lose any credibilty.
