#3 ...Short of them finding incontrovertible photo/video evidence and/or a statement that says, "I did it and I'm proud of it, Love, Andy", he's going to walk - no member of the royal family is going to go down for something like this. On the other hand, his time as an active member of the family is done, full stop. A shame, really, Andrew acquitted himself well in the Falklands - may well have deserved a VC in decoying a missile away from a ship, and he had a genuinely solid military career.

That, however, was then. This is now.
