#4 As I've said, the mob won't be satisfied unless Rittenhouse is convicted of two counts of first degree murder, one of attempted murder, various weapons charges, rioting, mopery with intent to gawk and any other charges the DA can make up. And he has to be sentenced to death. Anything less, and there will be riots.

#6 No. However, that was in the past. Precedent only lasts until they want to change it. SCOTUS has been undermining Double Jeopardy as intended by the founders for a long time.

#8 Felony littering from ejected cases. Air pollution violation from fired gunpowder. Noise violations. Illegally laying in street while being beaten. Jaywalking.
The list goes on. (Straws are being grasped at.)
Me, I'm waiting to see the civil suits afterward.
