But the virus did not originate in Sweden did it. Walmart, Target, and Lowes are not full of Swedish made merchandise are they. Swedish spies have not filled our institutions of higher learning, attempted to purchase large tracks of land, or conducted economic espionage. The Swedes aren't threating to invade free, democratic Taiwan, or attempting to recruit our politicians.

There existed a huge anti-Japanese sentiment following Pearl Harbor. After Imperial Japanese expansionism in Asia was crushed. The sentiment quietly subsided.

She doesn't look Swedish, does she ?
