#2 States should pass law that Federal Interference outside of strict constitutionally allowed areas is a capital offense, with sentences carried out a week after conviction. Include that ANY Federal judge may be tried under the same law for any attempt at interference. Why in 6 weeks the Fed payroll would drop at least 50%
