Having repeatedly seen videos and 100's of News articles citing Black on White (BLOM) and Black on Asian (BLOM again)Serious Assaults and Murders.

Looking at Bias Motivation Categories for Victims of Single-bias Incidents in 2019 It seems 2018 was higher for RACIAL Hate Crimes.
