Interestingly, this is the only charge that the crooked David Weiss could have brought that did NOT include Joe Biden.

Look for a expedited processing and follow-on presidential pardon.

#11 Hunter could have been indicted on this 3 years ago. It would have taken almost no effort since all the evidence was clear.

Instead the investigation let the statute of limitations lapse on some multi million dollar tax evasion charges.

And there is still the non registration as a foreign agent charge which is also a straight forward easy to prove case.
