#4 There are numerous Federal laws broken here; destruction of government records, obstruction of justice, perjury, etc. When does the enforcement of the law proceed? After all, if these people are not subject to the laws of our land then no one is. If individuals are allowed to decide what laws are obeyed, the fabric (law) that keeps our society together will have been destroyed. The anarchy which they have created may come around to bite them in the arse in the future.

#5 Giuliani said this morning that as a prosecutor he had read possibly as many as 5,000 FBI '302 reports' and after reading the one released last week on Clinton, said it cried out for prosecution. I'll take him at his word as a legal authority and expert.

Players are not only Mills, but Lynch, very possibly Obama, Holder and ValJar. The motivation for doing nothing is beginning to look clear. It's not just letting the clock run out on Clinton, but the Obama administration and the Obama legacy as well.

#7 During the Bush administration the Republicans in Congress would can any Republican who did anything unethical.

The Dems would let their crooked colleagues off the hook.

That was the Republicans fault for not enforcing integrity throughout Congress. Now both parties are corrupt.

And the American people on the right just sit on their asses and say things like "this may come back to bite them on the arse." Just like the Republicans sat back and said under Bush.

I suggest the right get off their arses now.

#8 The fix was in even before the alledged investigation started. That's why Hillary and company were never worried about it. That's why Hillary lied under oath - she knew any investigation would be 'taken care of' and she would never be charged no matter what.
