#10 I live in the SC suburbs of Charlotte and can tell you that the mayor, Vi Lyles, is a black female Democrat. The Democrats have a majority on the city council. The outgoing and incoming police chiefs are both black.

As far as the release of the video, the riots are just beginning again in Charlotte...not sure quite yet what is going on.
