#1 The greatest failing of the "social elites" is that they view the individuals of the masses as interchangable, the same, you can just sub one for the other. They're not.
So they get mad at people for not being theoretical contructs.

#2 IIRC, Levi's was one of the corporate pioneers of Woke.

I had heard WNBA has banned kneeling during the anthem. Obviously doing a search for that brings up 8 years of why kneeling is super cool, but if so that would be a significant policy development.

*Wukong is a just released game which will likely out pace sales of Hogwart's Legacy and Zelda. It was got after by the DIE agents for its lack of diversity - Chinese company making a Chinese game set in the like 1500s China Mythology and they were told to piss off even after being threatened. Concord is a shooter game which cribbed other shooters and advertised itself as a game for today's Modern Audiences. Huge budget, some peak number of players at a time in the low hundreds.
