#1 'Bout time. Lets hope this take effect as I get way too many spam calls and texts. My job require me to respond to calls and texts and often enough they are from unknown numbers.

#8 Seems like the real solution would be technical - allowing carriers to block calls that cannot authenticate their origin (spoofed called ID).
