#5 Otis AFB in Sandwich is rumored to be the next Mass. dumping ground (after Lynn, MA). Jim Cummings is sheriff of Barnstable County (basically, most of the Cape excluding Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket Island). I wonder if he's got the balls to pull a stunt like that.

#9 Piling on comment #5, Joint Base Lewis-McChord here in the beautiful Puget Sound is also on the illegal dumping list. Made the Seattle Times last night with all the right 'no comments' from the heavies.
