#3 Russian Trolls will howl about UXO cluster bomblets killing baby ducks and small children. The Russians will respond with those 'ghastly icky UnGood' thermobaric rounds which will set the Ukrainian Trolls to full clamor ...and so it goes as predictable as sunrise.

#6 Russia has been using cluster munitions for over a year. And Ukraine has had a small supply from Turkey. Seems like a non-issue to me. Bow up more Russians. Save us the cost of dismantling the things. What’s not to like?

#7 I don’t like it. I don’t like that the US has the weapons and I don’t agree to their being transferred for use somewhere else. I am a U.S. taxpayer. I served and know why these munitions are not to be used.
