#5 "Widespread fraud". They keep using that straw man. Remember one Illinois county swayed the 1960 election to Kennedy. In 2020, there were, what? Five counties. Not a big increase, but still not "widespread".

#8 Constitutionally, the Feds have little control over elections other than the Voter Rights Act. The Constitution was written that way for good reason.
