So why does trimming breakfast hours reduce the risk of Bird Flu?

If the demand was there, wouldn't customers just show up in larger numbers due to the reduced hours, which would lead to more infections?

Or could it be Mickey D breakfast and prices have a general lack of customer demand, and the Bird Flu is just deflective cover?
