#3 I think they should budget a one-time allocation of $50K to shut this idiot's yap once and for all. That's pretty cheap, and quite effective. I'm sure some talibanana would gladly take the Pak government up on it. Either that, or budget for one round of an AK-47 and some private to take care of it. Either way works.
