#1 Granting individual communities the right to allow illegal immigrants into that community is suicide. Islamists demand that followers section off a sector within a community in the West and Muslims are to populate within that sector. Once they become a majority within that sector, they then expand that sector until they have a chunk under their complete control.

Divide and conquer.
