#3 probably a lot of the murders in June in Balt were between drug gangs fighting over rights to the proceeds from the stuff looted from the CVS

#8 Cuase, meet effect. Have it your way protesters in Baltimore - you dont want police there, you dont get police there. Ought to just build a wall around those neighborhoods and mark them as "policve free zones". Good luck.
