#2 How about, "If you tax something, you get less of it." Which goes against the 2nd amendment.

#3 A very quick search suggests the things cost between $300 and $800 or so, for which $200 is a very high tax. $25-50 seems a much more reasonable amount if government paperwork is involved, or whatever the normal sales tax is if the government need not be informed.
