#4 In 2006, President George W. Bush sent thousands of troops to the border to perform support duties that tie up immigration agents. The troops wouldn't perform significant law enforcement duties.

And if the head of ICE said they wouldn't process illegals from AZ, just what the hell are they going to do other than be a prop for photo shoots. Can hire actors for that rather than take the troops away from their families after their overseas commitments.

Is their role to prevent illegal Latin Americans from entering the US - or is it to assist illegals in bypassing Arizonan enforcement agents?
