...On the one hand, the draft is never coming back anyways.

On the other, something like this might pretty much end the all-volunteer force anyways. If you're given a choice - service or no vote - I think we'd be surprised how many people in that age bracket would say the hell with it and wait.

#5 The draft - common term used for selective service. IAW the law, all male citizen 17-45 are members of either the organized or unorganized militia. The National Guard constitute the organized militia. If you are not part of the Guard you are automatically a member of the unorganized militia and subject to selective activation as needed. This is based upon Congress's authority under Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution to organize and regulate the militia, maintained since the two militia acts of 1792 and the first Congress.

#8 Need to simply put in that you have to be qualified to own a gun in order to vote. That'll make heads pop.
