As much as this POS needs to become part of a foundation for a new building.

The 8th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution prohibits excessive bail, ensuring that bail amounts set by the government are not unreasonably high and that individuals are not punished before a conviction. Now, if only the LSD appointed Federal Judges would strictly follow the US Constitution in ALL cases.

#3 Houston District Attorney Kim Ogg may be a Democrat, but she's the exact opposite of a Soros DA, instead working closely with Republicans to as much as possible work around Progressive activist judges — she even endorsed Senator Ted Cruz in the last election.
