#7 NY Post at 4:27 pm: troubled man trying to commit suicide by cop

CBS NY reports he was on drugs, not alcohol, and at the bottom of the article lists his past arrests.

I think we have enough evidence to move it to P.3:Non WoT, but P.1:WoT was the right first call. Well done,all. :-)
