#2 Of course, the upper 5 percent will simply travel someplace else to get care that they legislatively pushed to make sure the rest of the peons can't get, all in the name of the lower 20 percent. The value of status is having something others can not. If you have to rig the system so that they can't, so be it.

#4 Realestate prices just inside Mexico is going to go up, when doctors start setting up shop about 10 feet across the border to have the liberty of administering traditional American health care to people in the Southern States.

Medical ships 12 miles out in international waters would be a great idea as well.
