#7 I would advise residents to tell the mayor to fuck off. It's obviously a ruse to get details of all those who report such crimes.

Some wakandan or secret antifa grunt in the establishment will be used to release addresses of all who reported on these terrorists and they will find themselves hunted.

#12 Maybe I'm missing something but if you actually arrested a few rioters, and didn't let them go an hour later, you might be able to figure out who they are. In fact you might find they give up a few friends when threatened with taking the fall for hundreds of days of damage.
