ATF IS STILL OVERRULED.

Since the SCOTUS ruled, the 2nd applies to individual citizens. The right of the people to keep and bear arms, cannot be infringed by some Federal bureaucrat with a pen creating politically motivated Regulations.

#6 Their fault is that they can't say the truth out loud so they try to blanket cover everything. Bartering for illicit drugs and stolen goods would obviously imply certain communities. It's their nature (see frog and scorpion) to engage in group punishment.
