#5 The solution to that is easy, when a CIA head retires, he'll be whisked away to a secure holding area in Yucca Mountain Nuclear repository. There he'll be given 10 boxes of National Geographics selected randomly from someone's basement, 10 years of life boat rations and access to water. He'll be perfectly safe, able to relax and read amongst the radioactive containers.
