#2 Speaking of cartels and corruption, I tried yesterday to post an article about this lady's testimony to Congress for today's Rantburg but something must have gone wrong. I dunno, maybe the mods didn't like it and now I can't find it. So here's the story from Breitbart: Mom of 2 Fentanyl Victims to Congress: ‘You’re Welcoming Drug Dealers Across Our Border!’

Today, Rep. Bennie G. Thompson (D-MS), Ranking Member of the Committee on Homeland Security, led Committee Democrats in calling out Republicans for holding another politically charged border security hearing to attack the Administration while ignoring the clear need for comprehensive immigration reform to address the situation at the border.

IOW, Thompson doesn't give a rat's ass about kids dying from fentanyl. Gotta wonder how much the cartels are paying him.
