#5 The one who really wants to "dominate the world" is KGB Putin and his cast of hardline Kremlin neo-Soviet cohorts.

Washington needs to wake up from Putin's years of deception, while arming our worst enemies, such as Iran & Syria with the latest advanced anti-aircraft defenses, intended to shoot down American pilots.

The only thing which has changed since the 'former' Soviet Union era are Putin's suits. The alarming goals remain the same.

#6 Russia's resources are much less than those of the old CCCP. All the poor old country can do now is raise hell while it collapses in an inexorable demographic decline while Muslims and Chinese seize its depopulating territories.

Putin claimed [paraphrased]that smaller nations dev LR missle systems [5000-km and beyond] IS NOT HAPPENING AND NEVER WILL BE - MOUD-IRAN JUST THREW EGGS ON PUTIN'S ANTI-US RANT. Moscow is not directly threatened yet, but Moscow's SUBURBS + SURROUNDING, plus other Russian cities and towns, are, as Iran has plans for Shahabs 4-9.
