#5 From the video they looked like double-spaced lines of Pica-12 (sized for blind people) lettered "information copies". The official one is probably single-spaced, fancy letterhead, signature and all that official stuff.

#6 TW. Daily speeches to Congress are entered into the Congressional Record and a copy must be presented to the Senate and the House by the person speakibg before both chambers. Pelosi tore up the House Congressional Record copy presented by the speaker.
