#7 During the "pandemic", the USA had over 100,000 restaurants close their doors.

Many, too many, suffered "accidental" gas leaks and frier left on type fires.

In our neck of the woods, we also saw well above normal number of restaurants fires.

Restaurants ranging from mom & pop to franchise types that suffered accidental 2020-2022 pandemic fires.
