#1 If I gave Charlie a donation, I would expect that it would go directly into his pocket. Does he even have to campaign. I'm surprised that he even has to pay parking tickets. What kind of NY political operation is he running? I'm sure that the majority of his doners are expecting some kind of consideration in return.
