#2 It would be a comedown for Clinton, despite the temptation to take it just for the subtle payback opportunities (i.e. give Reid and Pelosi fits as a payback for how they treated Hillary's campaign).

I don't agree with Cuomo's politics but he's a much better person than his son, who WOULD run again.
