[Telegraph] Heavily armed French riot-police guarded bulldozers tasked with clearing sections of the makeshift Calais migrant camp two days after activists burned down two vehicles in protest at new permanent housing

In fairness, there is only enough "permanent housing" for a quarter or less of those there, with families getting first priority as far as I can tell. No wonder the rest are unhappy at this change in the status quo ante.
