[Regnum] Three police officers and one civilian died as a result of a shooting in Baku, which was opened by a man with multiple convictions from a hunting rifle. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan reported this on June 24
It is noted that in the village of Shuvelan, Khazar district of Baku, a man who has been repeatedly convicted and is on the wanted list resisted the police during his arrest.
“He fired a hunting rifle... and killed three police officers and one civilian,” the report said.
After this, law enforcement officers neutralized the shooter; a criminal case was opened on this fact, the investigation of which is ongoing, the press service added.
As Regnum reported, on June 23, a man shot customers at a supermarket in the city of Fordyce in Arkansas. As a result, four people were killed and 14 more were injured.
During a conflict with shooting at one of the enterprises in Ryazan on June 18, one person was killed and another was injured. Law enforcement officers detained the person who fired from a hunting shotgun, who turned out to be a 66-year-old man.
In Moscow on May 21, four people were injured as a result of shooting during a mass brawl. Later, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that seven participants in the mass brawl were detained.
