It would have been the second time in a month that the Belarusian leader was taken ill while visiting Putin, triggering claims of poisoning by the Russians. But Tsepkalo says his medical sources indicate Lukashenko, 68, has a serious genetic cardiovascular disease and is expected to 'relapse'.
