[Infowars] Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich was silenced during an interview on Fox News Wednesday, where he called out billionaire George Soros deep involvement with the Black Lives Matter/Antifa riots engulfing the nation. In the awkward interview, Gingrich was explaining how Soros-backed officials were facilitating the far-left riots inflicted upon America's businesses and communities. "The number one problem in almost all these cities is George Soros-elected left-wing anti-police pro-criminal district attorneys who refuse to keep people locked up," Gingrich said. "Progressive district attorneys are anti-police, pro-criminal and overwhelmingly elected with George Soros' money and they're a major cause of the violence we're seeing because they keep putting the violent criminals back on the streets." "I'm not sure we need to bring George Soros into this," said contributor Melissa Francis. Gingrich, looking puzzled by the remark said: "He paid for it. He paid for it. I mean, why can't we discuss the fact that millions of dollars he spent elected these people?" "No he didn't! I agree with Melissa, Soros doesn't need to be part of this conversation," interrupted Fox's liberal contributor Marie Harf.
The segment went on for another awkward silent moment before host Harris Faulkner cut to break. "We're gonna move on," she said. | #20 Perhaps, but I still have my doubts. It's tempting to overthink these things and say "4D chess" when a cigar is just a cigar. I remember reading this site in the Dubya days when people tried to convince themselves that his supine response to the Left was all part of some rope-a-dope strategy. "And then, like the cobra--he strikes!" If memory serves, that theory didn't pan out very well. |

According to the Urban Dictionary, which clearly is more hooked in to the common culture than I: The character Keyser Soze is a rarely seen, nearly mythical crime kingpin who is involved in drugs, murder, and possibly international terrorism (as hinted in one scene). Most believe he is not real, but rather boogeyman story or name-drop to intimidate people. In the end of the movie [The Usual Suspects, 1995], the shocking identity of Keyser Soze is finally revealed. |

Soros + Hunter Biden may play the same role in this election that Clinton's pardoned pal Marc Rich played in the 2000 election: just prominent enough to alienate a small but crucial number of swing voters who may tip the election against Biden. Soros is more useful as a shadowy, him-who-must-not-be-named Keyser Soze figure than as a well-known public enemy. This is indeed chess by a grandmaster inside of Fox. |

| #3 See Streisand Effect. This could actually be an intentional Streisand Effect attack on Soros. Gingrich mentioning Soros would have been a standard talking point with no news value. Criticism of Soros being verboten on Fox and the awkward demeanor of the hosts is a bombshell that will draw the public's attention to Soros' activities. Perhaps someone at Fox is playing 4D Chess against Soros. |
