St Louis lawyer couple who aimed guns at BLM protesters appear in court to face charges of unlawful use of a weapon

- [Daily Mail, Where America Gets Its News] Mark and Patricia McCloskey, 63 and 61, appeared in St Louis court on Monday
- They are both charged with felony unlawful use of a weapon after pointing semi-automatic weapons at Black Lives Matter protesters outside their home
- Their attorney said they are anxious to prove 'with absolute certainty' that they did not commit a crime
- The couple did not enter a plea and the case was continued until October
