| [ToloNews] Two people who were involved in placing the explosives were killed and one civilian was maimed in today's explosion in PD5, said Nasrat Rahimi, MOI front man. The explosion occurred around 2:50 pm Friday afternoon, Kabul police front man Ferdaws Framarz confirmed. Faramarz said that the explosives were embedded in a cart and the blast occurred in a busy area of Fazl Bek. |
