Mr. McCabe was deputy director of the FBI 2016-2018, and acting director 2017-2018, following the dismissal of James Comey. Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired McCabe just before he was to have retired.

#5 McCabe had no probable cause other than the hoax that he was well aware was false. I am sure that his fishing expedition retrieved info that was used In illicit ways. I can’t see Biden covering a bunch of people with pardons based on how the Hunter pardon was received.
