Victim Of Mannheim Stabbing Stürzenberger Has Been Sentenced To A Fine For Islam Hatred (Translated)

STÜRZENBERGER WAS SENTENCED TO PRISON BY THE DISTRICT COURT
The trial in which Stürzenberger has now been legally convicted relates to a rally the activist held with the anti-Islam organization “ Citizens’ Movement Pax Europa ” in Hamburg in October 2020. There, in the presence of numerous counter-demonstrators, he made statements that the regional court condemned as incitement to hatred.
The Hamburg District Court had previously sentenced him to a six-month prison sentence in 2022, according to the report by Endstation Rechts. In the subsequent appeal proceedings at the regional court, the sentence was then converted to a suspended sentence.
