Argentina to give aptitude test to 40,000 public servants. No more contract if they fail.

[X] Another step in the economics experiment of Trump-loving Argentinian president Javier Milei, who was only sworn into office last December. He is keen on government austerity and deregulation, thus far halving the number of ministries in the federal government, shelving plans for Argentina to join BRICS, applied to join NATO, taking steps to decrease government spending and staffing. As of June, Argentina’s food and drink inflation had dropped to zero.

The lawsuits would be so thick on the ground that you could touch the courthouse roof. And even if a way was somehow found past that, the next argument would be that since so many GSs are minorities, any failures would fall disproportionally on them. But just because they can't pass the test doesn't mean they should lose their jobs.
