Significant chance of Hurricane hitting Florida Big Bend on Thursday

[Accuweather] People along the Florida Panhandle, Big Bend region and much of the eastern Gulf coast need to complete preparations for hurricane impacts by Wednesday night before hazardous conditions arrive on Thursday.

#2 Boy howdy, they sure got the hurricane hype goin'.
The storm in question is off Nicaragua in the Carribean, and doesn't even have closed circulation as of my writing this.
(Closed circulation is when they become a 'cyclone'.)
