DEVELOPING: D.C. Court to hear $30 mil Ashli Babbitt wrongful death lawsuit starting Aug. 6, according to Judicial Watch which filed the complaint vs. US government, arguing Babbitt was ambushed and murdered by USCP Lt. Michael Byrd, who has a history of negligence and misconduct

Note that Lt. Byrd was promoted to captain last August. US District Court Judge Jia Cobb (in DC) is accused of being on the far left of the spectrum — she spent six years in DC as a public defender, then nine in private practice litigating civil rights cases before President Biden out her name up for the judgeship in 2021 — so the conclusion is easily drawn.
