At some point, even Liberals and their politicians will start fearing for their own safety due to these mentally ill deviants out on catch and release. Maybe they'll even demand stiffer punishments or mental health confinements of these violent pre-adult offenders.

Like age restrictions on computer games filled with Murder, Urban Combat, Grand Theft Auto and violent themes. That mentally teach and steer them to act out as they play, always seeking that next level.
