Hunter Biden Confesses He Was Paid By China, Exposing One Of His Dad's Biggest Lies

Given how sketchy Jojo's health might actually be, does anybody know if the President can grant a Pardon but NOT have it enacted or dated until a later date? So if he suddenly goes to room temp or comatose, the crime family is secure. Otherwise, Kamala-la-la just might enjoy the spectacle of Dr. Jill doing a perp walk?
