The efforts are working on three tracks that include a hostage release and ceasefire, overhauling the Paleostinian Authority, and Saudi normalization with Israel in return for the establishment of a Paleostinian state.

Since Iran is their biggest supporter, and the PA were basically Bedouin's out of Syria/Iran for 1000's of years, until about the last 4 or 5 generations.

Why not have purpose IRAN/SYRIA give up land in the Hwy 12 ABU KAMAL area and relocate them?

The PLO/PA is primarily Arab Socialist groups of one flavour or another, irish rage boy, who go after Israel as a matter or Arab armour propre, not Moslem religious animus.
