Durbin: The Border Is ‘Overwhelmed' But We Can't Keep President from Allowing People in Unilaterally

#1 This increase in illegal immigration at our Southern border seems to have happened suddenly during the last several Dem administrations. It is almost as if it is incentivized by policy and facilitated by the bureaucrats and NGOs.
