#1 The CIA ceased to recognize Constitutional restrain many years ago. Many would bury the institution. I am for cremation and disposal onto a NAS project headed towards the sun.

#2 Unencumbered by warring political parties, President for life Putin along with his intelligence colleagues and trusted oligarchs openly rule Russia.

Pining for a single party system, Washington and the intelligence establishment and it's wealthy oligarchs clandestinely rule here as well.

Distinctions with some differences, but not a great deal.
