Elon Musk: Capitol rioter QAnon Shaman must be freed from prison

[Jerusalem Post] The US Capitol rioter known as QAnon Shaman should be freed from prison, Elon Musk said in a Friday night tweet, arguing that the convicted criminal was "falsely portrayed" in the media.

Jacob Chansley, known as QAnon Shaman for his horned headdress, was sentenced to 41 months in prison for his documented involvement in the Capitol insurrection led by supporters of then-US president Donald Trump on January 6, 2021.

MUSK PRAISES QANON SHAMAN'S CONDUCT IN NEW VIDEOS
The owner of Twitter called for Chansley's release in a reply to a video circulating on social media which claims to show the QAnon Shaman calling on other rioters to go home, as "we have made our point," as he is heard saying in the video.

#3 Everyone assumed that Chansley was an idiot. He will get out, do lots of interviews and it will be confirmed that he is an idiot. Chansley is also innocent. His sentence was 4 times that of the Molotov lawyers in who’s case the government might as well have joined the defense team. In Chansley’s case the government broke the law and withheld evidence he was entitled to have. The DOJ is works against the people’s interest in all cases.

#4 He's pretty much done serving his sentence. Who does he petition to get his time served back? GOP? LMAO. Folks still think we're operating under the Old Rules. Good luck with that, and even that won't help you.

#5 His problem is that he pled guilty and waived appeal; that it was under duress and fraudulent conditions is irrelevant in the criminal court but I guess he could sue his lawyer and others in civil court.
